With manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico, the additional footprint in Canada will serve as a complement to its international growth strategy. Furthermore, by forming ICP Industrial Canada Inc., it will have the ability to better service its growing customer base and offer them an enhanced product portfolio. “We are extremely excited to announce our entrance into the Canadian market, as we see tremendous growth opportunities in the markets that we serve. Our organization is aligned to meet the leading quality and service standards that our customers expect, and we look forward to bringing these values to both existing customers who have facilities in Canada and new customers who we have previously not had the opportunity to support,” says Paul Grzebielucha, president of ICP Industrial.
In addition to this formation, ICP Industrial Canada has entered into a strategic partnership with Divicor, a manufacturer's representative firm that will support its efforts in supplying its pressroom consumables to the Canadian market. Divicor is represented by Stephane Fortin, who has been a leader in the consumable sector for over 30 years and has deep knowledge and expertise of the printing industry.
“When presented with the opportunity to partner with a global leader like ICP Industrial, I knew it was the right decision for our company," explains Fortin. "ICP Industrial has a long-standing history of delivering an exceptionally robust and high-quality product portfolio supported by strong management who invests in technology and is growth-focused. It was a win-win situation for both organizations.”
Mark Concannon, vice president of sales and marketing at ICP Industrial, states, “The partnership with Divicor is essential to our global growth, and we saw a perfect opportunity to gain immediate momentum as we enter into the Canadian market. Stephane and his group are an excellent complement to our services and we look forward to a successful partnership together.”
ICP Industrial Canada, Inc. operations are fully operational at this time.
