Repacorp, Inc. has promoted Aaron Dumke to vice president of packaging, the company has announced.
“Aaron Dumke has been with Repacorp since we purchased OEI back in 1999. Under Aaron’s watch as plant manager, the Wisconsin plant has steadily increased production and capabilities. By promoting Aaron to vice president of packaging, we have faith that Aaron will continue to lead and grow Repacorp’s new flexible packaging division,” states Tony Heinl, president.
As vice president of packaging, Dumke will be instrumental in building and educating the packaging team and overseeing estimating and supplier relations. Dumke brings with him 23 years of printing experience, of which 18 were employed by Repacorp. Dumke was working as a press operator at OEI when Repacorp acquired the company. Dumke was promoted to production supervisor, then plant manager. Dumke has held the position of plant manager for Repacorp’s Wisconsin facility for the past six years.
Tony Perkins has been promoted to plant manager and will oversee day to day operations of the Wisconsin facility. Perkins brings 27 years of printing experience. Perkins was employed at Aladdin Label for 20 years, first as a temp, then in finishing, and then as a press operator. Perkins was promoted to production supervisor when Repacorp purchased Aladdin Label seven years ago. Perkins attended management and leadership classes at MRA Institute of Management Incorporated.
Scott Podjaski has been promoted to production supervisor and will oversee the production floor. Podjaski brings 10 years of management experience and has been with Repacorp for four years as a press operator.
Jenni Plopper, customer service manager of the Wisconsin facility, will be taking on more responsibilities with the flexible packaging division. Plopper will have a bigger role in office management and estimate reviews.
