Nicole Dhuse and Steve Reynolds have joined the KTI sales team as sales account managers.
Dhuse, covering the West Coast, has a vast background in sales, and though she just joined the company this past fall she has already gotten a good handle on the KTI and CTC product lines. Reynolds is very familiar with these product lines as he has been with KTI for over 24 years as the service manager. He has always been an asset to the company's customer base, with extensive experience with the KTI machines, the company notes. Reynolds will cover the Midwest region.
Also joining the team is Eric Lynch, where he will serve as a sales engineer. Lynch is also familiar with the KTI products, as he was promoted from production supervisor to take this position on the sales team.
This group will join the existing sales account managers, Robin Sherlund, covering the East Coast territory, and John Mitchell, covering International sales and the Southwest territory. They will also join the new vice president of sales, Derek Wheeler, who has been with Quantum Design for over 12 years, starting in the shipping and receiving department before moving through sales, general management and into his new position. Wheeler will oversee all sales activity for the company’s five product lines.
This team’s main focus is to interact with KTI's clients in a timely manner, which helps the company to drive product knowledge and understand how it can benefit other organizations.
“With Steve and Eric’s extensive background with our equipment and Nicole’s Sales experience, I know our team is stronger than ever. We are excited to be able to promote from within and ensure our customers get the best customer experience we can offer. The sales team we have put together is strong and talented, and we look forward to continuing to grow and improve our existing product lines in order to further help our customers,” says Derek Wheeler, Quantum Design’s vice president of sales.
