LeBlanc brings a wealth of experience to his new role, according to Harrison Chien, vice president of sales and marketing, FLEXcon North America. “Keith is a progressive marketer with demonstrable share growth results,” Chien says. “We’re confident that he will be successful in expanding FLEXcon’s reach in the graphic films arena.”
LeBlanc’s work history includes over 15 years in marketing, account management and brand management for small to large manufacturers. His experience in leveraging strong consumer analytics/insights, market analysis, visual storytelling, and technical problem solving, as well as motivating highly-effective teams, will play a vital role in shaping and executing FLEXcon’s marketing strategy.
LeBlanc most recently served as manager of marketing, Corporate, for Sterilite Corporation, where he helped increase market share with national and regional chain customers such as Target, Walmart and Dollar General.
“I look forward to collaborating with FLEXcon’s sales and marketing teams to implement data-driven strategies that will lead to greater success for our customers and FLEXcon,” LeBlanc says. “Our objective will be to grow distribution and increase velocity in new and existing markets to reach customers with products and services that support their business goals.”
