Spinnaker Coating, a manufacturer and service provider of pressure sensitive paper and film products for the printing industry, has introduced Cascade, a product line for water-based inkjet printing.
“Spinnaker is excited about this product line and the potential it brings with it,” says Joel Ulrich, Roll Product marketing manager. “As many of our customers move towards more digital projects, we will continue to grow with them while maintaining our commitment to top-notch service.”
The Cascade product line includes matte and gloss options for both paper and film facestock. Premium Matte Inkjet Paper is the latest addition that offers excellent print quality and wet rub resistance. These inkjet papers and films provide excellent print quality for a variety of applications while allowing converters to take advantage of the short-run, quick-turn capabilities of digital printing that help customers grow their business.
All of these products are also available on Spinnaker’s Trimless program. Because these products are available Trimless, the MOQ requirement is a single roll of 3” x 5000’. This allows customers to only order what they need to satisfy their short-run needs.
“All of the Cascade products have been tested and approved on various water-based technologies with both dye and pigment inks, including Colordyne, Trojan Color Systems, NeuraLabel, Primera, Afinia, and Epson,” says Ulrich. “Our new Premium Matte product is a great addition, and we look forward to continuing to grow this product line.”
