Garware has announced that its PET shrink films are now available, with delivery lead times as low as one day for North American label manufacturing companies. The minimum order quantity is one roll, and it is possible to supply that roll in required widths for customers.
Alize Global Company, based in New Jersey, is now storing various types of Garware’s PET shrink films at its warehouse. With slitting facility availability at its end, Alize Global can provide any required width of material within short lead times (varying from one day to 1-2 weeks, depending upon the customer's location).
The move highlights Garware’s strategy to provide quick service to their customers in different parts of the world.
Garware Polyester is producing high shrink PET films, medium shrink PET films, low shrink force PET films, as well as shrink films with a UV optical brightener and UV inhibitor. The thickness of material varies from 35 microns to 70 microns. The company also produces polyester chips at their end, which allows them to keep consistency in quality of final product.
All material is supplied in a temperature-controlled container and/or trucks in order to avoid any problem with shrinkage of material. With data logger available in containers, Garware ensures that the required temperature is maintained at all times during transportation of its PET shrink films.
Along with PET shrink films, Garware also produces different types of specialty BOPET films in thicknesses from 40-1,400 gauge. These films include heat sealable films, sealable peelable films, motor insulation films etc. The company has the capacity of producing 42,000 MT of BOPET films per year and 24,000 MT of PET shrink films per year.
