“Every stage of the customer experience is important to us. As part of Technicote’s goal of being solutions-driven, we are pleased to announce the launch of the customer portal,” says Ed Klene, Technicote marketing director.
The new portal was launched in direct response to feedback from customers who told the company they wanted to more efficiently manage their orders online. The portal was developed with multiple customers providing input on every stage.
Customers will be able to use the portal to access all orders, review order details, set up multiple users, view shipping information and invoices. Along with order details customers can search for products using item numbers or a drop-down item selection tool as well as access application and product specific information. Customers can access the portal 24/7 from any device.
“We see this as just the beginning of automation. We know how important it is to make it easy for customers to find immediate information as well as creating a central hub of relevant data. We have already begun testing enhancements to the portal that will allow for even more immediate access to data,” adds Klene.
Customers will be able to access their account by clicking the "Customer Login" icon found at the top right of the Technicote website.
