Wizard Labels, an all-digital provider of custom product labels, has earned a top ranking in the “Inc. 5000: The Most Successful Companies in America.”
Inc. is a publication dedicated to covering small businesses and startup companies in the United States. The magazine – which appears both in print and online – annually lists the 5,000 fastest-growing privately-held companies in the US. Established in 1982, The Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth over a three-year period.
Wizard Labels, which ranked #1,984 on the 2019 Inc. 5000, reported revenue of $7.4 million in 2018 and a three-year growth rate of 202%.
Label industry e-commerce pioneer Steve Smith founded Wizard Labels in 2013. Serving a wide-range of end-use markets, Wizard Labels prides itself on offering excellent production turn-times and professional customer service through an easy-to-use, self-service, online portal. The label supplier also provides its brand owner customers competitive pricing that allows even the smallest players to compete with the biggest names on store shelves.
Smith comments, “Wizard Labels was founded on the principles of simplifying the complexity involved in buying custom product labels and providing unique value to our customers. We’re honored that our innovative business model and ability to consistently deliver superior results for our customers is recognized by our Inc. 5000 ranking.”
Heidi Leist, founder and CEO of Lemongrass Spa, a brand owner of natural beauty and skincare products and long-time Wizard Labels customer adds, "Our experience in working with Wizard Labels has been nothing short of exceptional. Their ability to quickly and reliably produce our skincare labels helps us effectively introduce new products several times a year, supporting our competitive edge. The quality of their materials exemplifies our branding efforts. It’s no surprise to us that they’re growing so rapidly because of the customer-centric mindset their team represents.”
Wizard Labels’ manufacturing processes feature the latest digital label printing and laser finishing technologies, and the company is constantly looking at new means of development in order to stay on top of printing and converting trends as a proud member of Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative), the association of HP Indigo technology users.
