Based in Casablanca Morocco, Imprimerie Ideale has chosen Edale as its preferred machinery supplier for a second time. This follows their initial purchase of an eight color Edale FL5 with Flatbed die cutter.
Their latest machine is a 510mm wide, eight color FL5 equipped with a screen module as well as a rotary die station for inline die cutting, embossing and sheeting. Youssef Ajana, CEO of Imprimerie Ideale said, “The first machine was perfect for short to medium runs, the second machine will provide us with the ability of longer run work.”
Reda Moukite, Edale’s agent for Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia and other West African Countries commented, “We are absolutely delighted that Imprimerie Ideale has chosen Edale as its machinery supplier again. This really is testament that the customer service, high levels of automation and continued innovation from Edale is at its highest.”
The FL5 has the ability to combine print, cut, crease and braille as well as emboss and remove waste within a single machine, making it ideal for short run carton work from 1000-100,000 units and is also reconfigurable for a wide range of sizes and forms.
James Boughton, Edale’s managing director commented, “Imprimerie Ideale has reaped the benefits of producing folding cartons in a single pass with the FL5 and it has proved this by ordering a second machine within a short period of time. The FL5 press is a unique solution and has the ability to run substrates up to 700 micron. We are really pleased to be working alongside Ideale to futureproof its business.”
