All Printing Resources (APR) has announced the hiring of industry veteran Doug Bartlett to oversee business development in the Northeast US.
Bartlett currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) and has had an extensive and established career in the narrow web printing industry, serving most recently as the director of graphics for Multi-Color Corporation (formerly Constantia and Spear).
Bartlett's industry expertise encompasses both conventional and digital print technology, and he is a certified FIRST and G7 implementation specialist. His roles have included a wide range of operational and supply sales management positions.
Dave Nieman, APR's president and CEO, comments, "I am thrilled that Doug has joined the APR team. His expertise and understanding of the challenges being faced by the industry in digital printing, color management, prepress, platemaking and printing technology will be a great asset when bringing solutions to our customers. Given his extensive experience implementing color management teams, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and best practices for printing companies across the globe, Doug will be a tremendous asset to our customer base in the Northeast region."
"I am very excited to join APR, and I look forward to engaging with the flexo printers of the Northeast region," Bartlett says. "APR's excellent reputation as a trusted technical resource is a great fit for me. Having spent so many years in the operations side of the business I believe I am in a great position to utilize my knowledge, experience and skillset to help others in the industry."
