Repacorp, Inc., a label and packaging manufacturer with headquarters in Tipp City, OH, USA, has acquired T&T Graphics in Miamisburg, OH. T&T Graphics will continue to service their customers as T& T Graphics, Inc., a Repacorp Company.
The ownership of T&T Graphics selected Repacorp, Inc., due to both companies having similar cultures and philosophies needed to integrate customers and employees. Repacorp's strength in digital and flexographic printing is a natural expansion of what can be provided to T&T Graphics' existing customers. "Both companies have something to offer each other, and this partnership will allow the companies to continue to grow together," comments Marty Clark, president of T&T Graphics. "As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our customers, partners, and employees to make the integration process as smooth as possible,” says Clark.
“Adding T&T Graphics to Repacorp gives us the capability to produce products for the eastern part of the United States in screen and digital wide format printing, instead of having to ship from our Phoenix, Arizona location,” states Rick Heinl, CEO of Repacorp. “We are adding more capacity in flexographic and digital printing, helping us to serve our customers better yet. I am very excited to see what we can accomplish together."
