Simco-Ion has announced the formation of its Application Engineering Team; headed by Cat Early. The Application Engineering Team is responsible for supporting our sales channel and customers with technical inquiries related to pre and post-sales support.
The focus of the team is on installation, configuration, commissioning, data collection, and maintenance recommendations for our core Simco-Ion Industrial Neutralizing and Charging products.
Early joined Simco-Ion Industrial in July 2021 as Application Engineer. She brings over 10 years of technical product support experience, specializing in instrumentation for industrial manufacturing and automotive, with previous roles at Mars, Siemens, and Aerzen. Early has expertise in producing customer facing content such as technical guides, promotional literature, along with technical training in various formats. Additionally, she specializes in troubleshooting, field-testing, and failure analysis. While earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, she served in the US Army Reserves.
Jesse Whiteside, Application Engineer Technician, earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado in Mechanical Engineering and has technical, hands-on experience with a variety of technologies such as automotive, aerospace, additive manufacturing, IT, CAD, and simulation.
