Trigon Digipack, headquartered in Mumbai and led by Anil Namugade, has emerged as a leading digital printing solutions specialist in India. Trigon caters to FMCG brand owners, as well as more than 400 indian startups. The company installed its first roll digital press in 2015, becoming one of the first companies in India to explore digital label printing.
In 2021, Trigon installed another HP Indigo press, opting for the HP Indigo 25K, enhancing its capabilities and announcing its foray into flexible packaging, as well. Trigon, with a team of 110 employees, operates from five operational locations in India, Dubai and Singapore.
In a recent move to enhance its label finishing capabilities, Trigon selected a Brotech CDF 420 digital finishing machine. With this new addition, Trigon will be able to offer embellishments on labels like spot UV, varnish, drip-off effects, cold foil, diecutting and IML in a more cost efficient manner. The machine has been designed with modularity in mind to enable further expansion and modification. “Brotech has all the features and more that we wanted” says Namugade.
The machine is manufactured and supplied by Brotech Digital Graphics, with headquarters in Shenzhen, China. Brotech provides a full range of converting, finishing and hybrid digital finishing solutions for the label and flexible packaging industry. Brotech machinery lines cover wide range of products such as pressure sensitive labels, IML, shrink sleeves, cut and stack labels, EAS, RFID, tickets and tags, booklet labels, and flexible packaging, as well.
