Valloy has announced a recent collaboration with Screen GP Japan Co., Ltd. (GPJ) and Kanematsu Co., Ltd. on the sale of BIZPRESS13R digital roll label press in the Japanese domestic printing market.
According to Valloy, "Through this collaboration, we aim to expand the spread of digital printing machines and related products that match the Japanese market by combining GPJ's technical capabilities and sales capabilities in the nation wide network in Japan, and maintenance with Kanematsu's knowledge cultivated over nearly 30 years in the printer business and the strength of its overseas network. As a first step in these efforts, we will start selling the BIZPRESS 13R toner digital label printing machine on October 23, 2024, through Kanematsu and GPJ with the aim of promoting digitalization in Japanese label printing industry, which is dominated by analog printing machines."
The BIZPRESS 13R toner-based digital label press manufactured by Korea-based Valloy is characterized by its space-saving capacity of 1.5 square meters. Due to its compact size, it can be installed in an office in addition to a conventional factory, making it ideal for in-house label printing.
"In addition, since registration is not required and color matching is easy, it can be handled by operators with little experience, and high productivity can be achieved in small batches even with short preparation times," Valloy says.
Valloy exhibited and demonstrated the machine at the Screen booth during the Label Forum Japan 2024 in Tokyo on October 23.
