TLMI has announced that attendees at this year’s Labelexpo Americas will be able to visit the TLMI Ecovillage. The association’s Ecovillage will be a designated space on the show floor that will feature a comprehensive directory of exhibitors who are committed to the best sustainability practices and environmental stewardship. The TLMI Ecovillage will also feature daily sessions that address the current state of sustainability within the North American label-printing supply chain and the most pressing issues that industry converters face today related to environmental compliance. Each day, attendees will also have the opportunity to witness baling demonstrations provided by Channeled Resources Group in the feature area. Additionally, matrix waste from exhibitors’ booths will be baled and collected by Green Bay, WI-based Convergen Energy to be made into fuel pellets after the show’s closure.
