I.D. Images LLC, a leading pressure sensitive label converter with headquarters in Brunswick, OH, USA, has announced its newest location at 9400, 7th St. Unit A2 Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 USA.
“We are excited to continue to invest in the business with this expansion. More warehouse space means we can fill orders faster and more efficiently and we will continue to invest in additional manufacturing assets to give us more flexibility to support our growing customer base in the area,” says Brian Gale, I.D. Images’ CEO. This new facility marks the fifth new facility in as many years for I.D. Images.
In other news, I.D. Images announced it has received BS5609 section 3 approval from Smithers Pira for a flexographically printed label construction. The company received BS5609 section 3 approval to print four specific ink colors; black, 185 red, reflex blue and yellow with a protective varnish on two Spinnaker Coating Polypropylene materials. These materials also have BS5609 section 3 approval for thermal transfer printing with two ITW ribbons through a CAB XC6 printer.
The ability to print static information with inks gives customers the additional flexibility to pre-print static information on chemical labels required to pass BS5609 section 3 compliance and print additional specific chemical information through the CAB printer with an approved ribbon on an “as needed” basis.
