Avery Dennison launched a new app for iPad digital devices. The free LabelNavigator app offers support for container design and material selection to brand managers, designers, converters and end users in the Home and Personal Care (HPC) segment.
“At Avery Dennison, we believe that freedom of choice is always a significant part of product differentiation – and a well-informed designer is better able to meet the needs and expectations of the brand owner,” says Georg MullerHof, global segment director home and personal care. “Our LabelNavigator app provides an on-hand technical reference tool as well as a virtual product gallery to allow multinational and regional brand owners to have the most up-to-date information available at all times.”
In addition to listing information on material properties and performance, the LabelNavigator app also supplies educational information on topics such as sustainability and shelf appeal. Users can take advantage of the Avery Dennison Greenprint analysis tool to determine the impact of pressure sensitive labels on the environment. Finally, users can browse Avery Dennison’s portfolio of sustainable materials, featuring FSC-certified papers.
The new Avery Dennison LabelNavigator app requires iOS 5.0 or later and is available in the App Store.
