Sheeter for synthetic paper
Maxon Automatic Machinery Company
Westerly, RI USA
The dual motor drive technology ensures that the sheeter maintains ±.015" length tolerance. Automatic tension controls to govern the roll stand’s brake pressure combined with a pull roll section avoid inducing web stretch. An overlapping delivery system permits delivery speeds beyond 300 fpm. The sheeter is equipped with ionized air delivery systems that overcome static build-up common in the converting of synthetic paper. Strategically positioned air plenums float large sheets into the stacker, while a height sensor automatically lowers the pile, providing a press ready skid.
