The AEB E-Beam Lab Unit features a solid-state power supply and emitter subsystem. Available with 100-, 125- or 150-kV power supplies, the unit lets users evaluate the E-beam process. The company says the compact unit uses a touch-screen controller for changing the power and dose and is scalable in production environments.
