Inland has announced the acquisition of Valley Label in Neenah, WI, USA. The acquisition follows the October 2015 addition of Monet Graphics, a Pennsylvania-based flexographic label printer.
“While the acquisition last fall was focused on supporting our rapid growth in the pressure sensitive category,” explains Mark Glendenning, CEO and owner of Inland, “the purchase of Valley Label is motivated by growth in the flexible packaging market, in addition to expanding our shrink and roll-fed label capabilities.”
Valley Label, a flexographic printer of flexible packaging, pressure sensitive, shrink and roll-fed labels, was founded in 2000. The company employs 35 people at its 48,400 square foot facility in Neenah. Inland plans to capitalize on the newly acquired company by maintaining and growing its existing business, with future plans to include new endeavors. The plant will serve as an addition to Inland’s three facilities in La Crosse, WI, and one facility in Downingtown, PA. The corporate office will remain at Inland’s 2009 West Avenue South location in La Crosse.
