Montalvo, an international supplier of web tension control and web handling solutions, is celebrating its 75-year anniversary.

In 1947 Edwin J. Montalvo founded the company with its core principle of: “Build a product right the first time and back it up with the highest quality service and support." The company has continued Montalvo’s legacy by following his principle to this day. Montalvo is continuing to present new products and solutions to the market in 2022. For 75 years, Montalvo has developed numerous solutions for the web tension control and web handling industry, from designing the dual disc multiple range air brake and clutch for use in continuous unwinding and winding applications to range expansion, to torque-sensing controls systems.
