This DM-LINER UV-INK Roll-to-Roll:Built-on unit is a flexibly engaged retrofit module for flexo and offset presses.
Due to the high demand of variable content while also maintaining premium designs, KURZ has introduced two digital foiling units to the narrow web environment, and both are being premiered live at Labelexpo Americas 2018.
At booth 1817, KURZ is demonstrating its built-on unit which is connected to an 8-station Nilpeter press. This DM-LINER UV-INK Roll-to-Roll:Built-on unit is a flexibly engaged retrofit module for flexographic and offset printing machines. It can be integrated into the production line when required via the rail system and has impressive design freedom thanks to up or downstream color printing.
At booth 1816 its UV-INK Roll-to-Roll:Built-in unit partnered with the mlabel machine from mprint will demonstrate distinct digital printing decorated with Digital Metal. This is an in-line enhancement module for digital roll-fed presses that can be integrated directly into production chain. MLabel printing system is a uniquely modular concept for a fully digital production process.
Both booths feature demonstrations showing the benefits of foil in a digital and traditional web environment while featuring the versatility of variable information with real metal decoration.
