The converting equipment manufacturer is exhibiting 13 machines over four booths at Labelexpo.

AB Graphic (ABG) is exhibiting 13 machines over 4 booths at Labelexpo, covering a wide range of finishing applications: ABG (#3223), HP (#3226), Domino (#6523) and REA (#6514).

At the ABG booth there is a monster beverage specification Digicon Series 3 showing the all new fast flatbed screen printing module, Big Foot 50 ton flatbed hot foil unit, and its little sister, the 25 ton flatbed hot foil unit with a new swivel head allowing foil to be fed both along and across the web like the Big Foot. This is running two beverage labels highlighting the quality and the extensive embellishment capabilities of the machine.

Launching at the show is the Jetfx digital embellishment module – an offline, fully digital system creating amazing varnish and foil effects. Also, the popular Digicon Lite is being shown with a sheeter and conveyor option.

ABG's turret rewinders are being shown in several different configurations, including the best selling AutoSet, available as a standalone turret or integrated on a Digicon Series 3 (being shown as both at the show).

ABG’s German manufacturing division has brought six different fleyeVision 100% inspection cameras, including two of these seamlessly mounted on slitter inspection rewinders. There is also a booklet machine on the ABG booth, last shown 6 years ago, capable of processing up to 36000 booklet labels per hour.

Teaming up with a popular labelling MIS supplier, visitors to the booth will be able to watch live production data from the beverage specification Digicon, the AutoSet glueless turret rewinder and an SRI Slitter Inspection Rewinder.

Over on the HP booth (#3226) is an inline, fully automated Digicon Series 3 including the patented FAST Track die (running at 150 m/min in semi rotary mode) and the fully integrated AutoSet glueless turret rewinder with quick change mandrels, showcasing printing and finishing ready to ship to customers in a single pass.

In addition to this, there is also be a new Digilase laser machine running a fully automated workflow solution, and a new inline entry level 762mm wide finishing machine. The Domino booth (#6523) is showing a Digicon similar to that on the HP booth with a camera. Over on the REA booth (#6514) is an SRI mounted with an inkjet printer.
