MeasureColor is a modular system, offering an end-to-end color workflow solution that eliminates any uncertainty about color.

Colorware is showing its latest release of MeasureColor and one of its main features, MeasureColor Reports. Colorware CTO Erik Koldenhof says, “We close the information gap in color communication between printers, premedia companies, and brand owners.”

MeasureColor is a modular system, offering an end-to-end color workflow solution that eliminates any uncertainty or questions about color. The software, already implemented at multiple sites around the globe, is highly acclaimed for its intuitive user interface for every type of user, based on integrated user profiles. With the introduction of MeasureColor 17.2 this functionality has become even better, Koldenhof says, “We have eliminated all the guesswork in print quality management.”

MeasureColor is a network-based solution. All data is stored on the user’s own server, which makes analysis very quick and simple and is the best way to avoid any discussion about ownership of the data. Data can be shared with any other color management solution in the market. It can be exported to a variety of formats for use in other external applications and systems. “Colorware is a developer of device independent software," Koldenhof adds. "We strongly believe that our customers and the industry will benefit from independent quality standards. Our software is built to support those standards now and in the future.”

According to Colorware, it was excited to demonstrate MeasureColor Reports, one of the main MeasureColor features, during Labelexpo Europe. “It has the capability to build customized print quality reports for individual customers," explains Koldenhof. “It connects to multiple third party data sources simultaneously, combining data into a single report or live dashboard. For printers and premedia experts there is no need to buy multiple software solutions to communicate with their customers, as MeasureColor exchanges data to multiple quality solutions.”
