All-digital 4Labels adds HP Indigo WS6800

The Danish converter will have higher capacity to fulfill short-run orders.
Denmark-based 4Labels, a label manufacturer specializing in labels for food and beverage and household goods, has purchased an HP Indigo WS68000 digital press at Labelexpo Europe 2017. With the new press, 4Labels is able to increase its capacity to print short deliveries for customers. Additionally, 4Labels has purchased an upgrade to its HP Indigo WS6600 which was installed five years ago.
4Labels is rare in Denmark as it operates purely digital production and is expanding to a new facility on December 1. The new building is three times the size of its current facility and will house the HP Indigo WS6800 as well as the upgraded HP Indigo WS6600. The new press marks the company’s third HP Indigo purchase.
Soren Skouboe Møller, managing director at 4Labels, comments, "With the new press, we have higher capacity to fulfill short-run orders, a request we’re receiving more and more. The addition of the HP Indigo WS6800 allows us to continue doing what we’ve successfully done since our founding in 2006 but on an even larger scale."
