Digitalabel, of Durham, NC, USA, has announced its launch as a digital printer specializing in labels for customized, short run and prototype packaging projects.
“We are ideally positioned to help customers whose brands need coordinated packaging graphics across several product families with multiple items in each, such as for wine and other beverages, gourmet food items, cosmetics, candles, and more,” says National Product and Sales Manager Peter Schambs.
The company prints using an HP Indigo sw4000 digital web press. Digitalabel uses an AB Graphics Digicon converting machine to laminate, underscore, diecut, strip, slit, and roll the labels.
The general manager of the company is John Dowling, who also oversees sales and operations of Magnetic Attractions, a 16-year-old company with expertise in four-color custom printing and diecutting of magnetic promotions.
