The brochure examines the sustainability achievements of flexible packaging, the functionality of flexible packaging, and the value of flexible packaging throughout its life cycle from a consumer, retailer, and financial and social point of view. The brochure is available in both an electronic and hard copy formats. It includes case studies on various forms of flexible packaging.
In addition to the case study information available within the current brochure, FPA is finalizing a companion brochure that includes additional data from the case studies and discusses the sustainable advantages of flexible packaging over other packaging formats. This brochure will be available in coming months.
“Sustainability and Flexible Packaging: More Value. Less Waste.” is a key element of FPA’s Flexible Packaging Sustainability Education & Marketing campaign, which targets consumer goods manufacturers and retailers, promotes the value proposition and sustainability of flexible packaging, and encourages a greater understanding and acceptance of flexible packaging as a sustainable packaging solution.
