LasX Industries Inc. has announced the formation of a new company, LaserSharp FlexPak Services LLC.

LasX Industries Inc. has announced the formation of a new company, LaserSharp FlexPak Services LLC. The new company recently commenced operations at a new 18,0000 square foot facility in Vadnais Heights, MN, USA, about two miles from the LasX facility in White Bear Lake, MN.

The new facility will enable the LaserSharp FlexPak Services team to expand their process development services and production capacity. The new facility will initially house three existing LaserSharp systems to process its customer’s flexible packaging materials.

The company says the additional staff, equipment, and space at the new facility will provide the room and ability to further expand production volume allowing the LaserSharp FlexPak Services Group to respond to the continued demands of the flexible packaging industry.

The new LaserSharp FlexPak Services will be managed by Juan Carlos Tinoco. Tinoco has been LasX’s flexible packaging applications manager for the last three years.

LasX offers both laser cutting equipment and laser cutting services for the traditional diecutting markets where the need for precision quality parts are required at production speeds.
