September 10, 2008

The post-print system features a flexo print station for application of tints, line copy and other print needs.

Aztech Converting Systems presents its DieMaster rotary diecutting system, which features an optional flexographic print station. The fully servo-powered post-print system also features automatic re-registration capability.

According to André Beaudoin, national sales manager for Aztech, the company is working with Sun Chemical to supply the DieMaster as a companion to the SolarJet digital inkjet press. Beaudoin says that the DieMaster with two die stations and a flexo print station sells for under $100,000.

Aztech also offers a line of high speed slitter rewinder inspection machines available in widths ranging from 10” to 18”, capable of speed up to 750 fpm, and allowing the addition of a diecutting station.
