Tapp wins top business award in Napa County

A poll of readers by a regional business magazine gave Tapp Technologies the gold award as the best company to do business with.

The readers of North Bay Biz magazine, which covers the upper region’s of California’s San Francisco Bay area, have selected Tapp Technologies as the best company to do business with in Napa County. The wine label printer won the gold award from the publication, which has been conducting its “Best of the North Bay” awards for two decades.

“It is a great thrill and honor to win this award,” says Bill Knopka, senior vice president of Tapp Technologies. “To be honored in this way, alongside other business luminaries in our region, speaks volumes about our loyal customers and their support of what we do. Our passion is to provide our wine label customers the very best quality and service in the industry. This award validates the hard work that each and every one of our employees puts forth.”

Award winners in 36 categories are determined through a poll of the magazine’s readers. This year’s poll marked the magazine’s largest response, with 2,600 ballots cast, translating to more than 40,000 votes for over 2,000 companies and individuals.

Tapp is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and has plants in Napa and in Portland, OR, USA.
