HP is now accepting entries for its third annual HP Indigo Digital Labels & Packaging Awards Contest, which recognizes customers from around the world for excellence and innovation in digital printing.

HP launched the competition in 2007 to promote quality and ingenuity in the digital label and package printing market. Entries represent the distinctiveness of their companies, prove the companies’ progressive printing capabilities and showcase an impressive execution of a digital production challenge. HP Indigo customers are invited to submit their entries by Aug 14.

Categories include: alcohol beverages, non-alcohol beverages, wine, food, health and beauty, household, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, industrial, flexible packaging, folding carton, shrink sleeves, and self-promotion.

The entries will be judged by a panel of independent, industry-recognized experts. Winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded on Sept. 24 at the HP Indigo Digital Labels & Packaging Contest Awards ceremony to be held during Labelexpo Europe 2009 in Brussels. HP Indigo partners, including AB Graphic International and EskoArtwork, will join in the celebration.

All submitted entries will be showcased at Labelexpo Europe 2009 at the HP Indigo booth. Full details and registration is available at www.hp.com/go/labelspackaging.
