Delta Industrial, a designer and manufacturer of web converting and packaging equipment, will unveil a second generation Spectrum Finishing System in the spring of 2010. This system will have all the flexibility of the original Spectrum with an added emphasis on efficiency and automation.

The flexible all-in-one system is efficient and offers consistent process control. It can handle a variety of substrates, changing from standard label stock to thin film with minimal downtime. The compact web path minimizes waste during setup and changeover.

It can perform multiple cuts in registration, and magnetic and engraved diecutting in combination, and incorporates full rotary and semi-rotary in one finishing system. In addition, it offers precise tension control; tension may be adjusted to a specific unit or pound requirement for ultimate consistency. The modular design allows the addition of a variety of process modules.

Delta Industrial, based in Minneapolis, MN, USA, offers converting and printing systems for labels and labeling, security, medical and pharmaceutical manufacturers, as well as contract converters who manufacture products for a variety of industries.
