Good business practices and a great deal of trust are essential components in successful supplier/customer partnerships, Fisher told the assembly. In his two-hour presentation, he explained how he and his technical team selected Harper as the company’s anilox roll supplier. Harper’s products stand out, he said, because of their quality and value and the high level of customer service the company provides.
“Scott is a phenomenal speaker, and people at the sales meeting were blown away by his presentation, really energized,” said Mike Huey, Harper’s technical graphics manager, Western Division.
