Arjobex America has unveiled new Polyart label and packaging materials for markets in North America. These include wet glue label material, substrates for HP Indigo presses, and board stocks. Polyart products are synthetic papers.
Polyart Wet Glue label material performs like paper for the label converter, yet provides the durability of plastic, according to the company. It is compatible with conventional adhesives and labeling equipment, and offers rapid drying time on both plastic and glass containers.
The Polyart Indigo product, with 6.7 pt. and 11.3 pt. covers, are available in either roll or sheet and certified for use on HP Indigo 3000, 4000, 5000, and 6000 series presses. A 3.6 pt. labelstock certified for use on 4000 and 6000 series presses will be available in the near future.
New Polyart Packaging Grade materials include 15 pt. and 20 pt. board stock available for durable packaging uses. According to Arjobex, these perform well under demanding diecutting and folding applications, and meet packaging needs that require long lasting products that call for strength and durability.
