acpo introduces polyester overlaminate with removable adhesive

May 24, 2010

The two film varieties offer light and ultra-light removable adhesives.

acpo ltd., a PSA roll label film manufacturer in Oak Harbor, OH, USA, has introduced a self-wound polyester overlaminate film with removable adhesive. The product line, 600REM and 614REM, has the ability to be pulled up and easily repositioned or removed.

600REM and 614REM are produced from a clear polyester film featuring a water emulsion acrylic adhesive system. The 600REM offers a light removable adhesive, while the 614REM hosts an ultra-light removable adhesive. Both are engineered for medium and low tack removable options for a variety of applications. Some popular uses in the marketplace include extended content labeling for booklet product information and pouch labeling used for the open/close mechanism on flexible packaging. Other uses include implementing the removable overlaminate as a secondary liner for diecut purposes or as a pre-mask for product protection as it goes through multiple processes.

acpo is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.
