After nearly nine months in the planning, the upgraded website opened to visitors in mid-May. The company has focused on creating a website that offers user-friendly links to in-depth information on Harper, its history, varied products and services.
E-commerce options include the capability of customers to formally place and process orders after comprehensive review of product specifications and suggested applications. The website also accommodates registration for future trade shows and Harper sponsored seminars – including the annual Harper Flexographic Solutions tour.
“We feel this next-generation website reflects our belief that we best serve our customers and potential customers by sharing the most information and technical data we can in a way that best suits their immediate needs and expectations,” says Harper President Margie Kluttz. “Also, the new design offers us the flexibility to add many more options in the future.”
