The company acquired the remaining shares of GMC and will focus on custom release liner production.

Channeled Resources Group (CRG), a producer of reprocessed specialty paper and film headquartered in Chicago, IL, USA, has been a 50 percent owner of GMC Coatings Ltd. since its inception. Today CRG announced the acquisition of the other 50 percent. The company now plans to focus attention on building GMC’s custom release liner business.
