DiMS! organizing print, a manufacturer of MIS/ERP systems for the printing and packaging industries, will sponsor a user conference February 15-18 at its headquarters in Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands. The event will feature workshops, presentations and one-on-one time with DiMS! consultants.
Attendees will be able to design their own personal programs based on 20 applicable presentations and seven different workshops – each of which will highlight different aspects of the DiMS! MIS software. On the final day, individual time slots will be reserved for attendees to meet with DiMS! consultants and discuss topics of their choice.
At the conference, DiMS! will introduce DiMS.AutoImpose, a PDF prepress-to-CTP impositioning tool and workflow integrated in the ERP/MIS, and demonstrate how to build a web shop with DiMS.Web2Print. Presentations will be also be given on the importance of JDF networking and the benefits of DiMS.E-learning. Other highlights include new features in DiMS.Net and developments leading up to Drupa 2012.
