July 25, 2011

Digital label printing joins ManCart’s flexo, screen and letterpress capabilities.

Italian converter ManCart has added an HP Indigo ws4500 to its existing production capabilities. The addition of the digital offset rollfed press enables ManCart to provide labels on demand, high quality proofs, and print runs as low as a single copy.

Founded in 1934, ManCart was one of the first companies in Italy to introduce self-adhesive labels in the 1950s. Currently printing more than 1 billion labels a year for a range of customers in the industrial and cosmetics industries, ManCart has added digital printing to its existing flexo, screen and letterpress operations.
