The Print and Web Processing Team of tesa tape inc., an affiliate of tesa SE, introduces three new products for the flexographic printing industry. The product family, test Softprint FE, is a new generation of plate-mounting tapes designed for mounting printing plates onto print cylinders and sleeves for flexographic printing applications.

According to a statement by the company, the tesa Softprint FE product line was designed with a new adhesive system that creates a powerful bond between printing plates and cylinders and/or sleeves when needed, and removes with ease upon job completion. Each product in the Softprint FE family is backed by a closed-cell polyethylene foam with an embedded polyester stabilizing film. Each is available in multiple hardness levels.

Founded in 1882, tesa tape services customers in more than 100 countries and holds numerous patents. For more information on Softprint FE products, visit
