Melzer introduces advanced RFID converting line

October 1, 2011

The SL-600 is ideal for industrial production of small RFID labels in pharma, automotive, alcohol and other high quality applications.

Melzer has introduced its most advanced RFID converting line: the SL-600. With the capability of producing up to 6,000 products per hour, the machine is designed for industrial production of small RFID labels, such as those required for alcohol brand protection, pharmaceutical fraud protection, vehicle identification, and other high quality mass applications.

Because only 100 percent functional and tested products are suitable for these applications, Melzer’s patented inline selection is suitable for cost-efficient production. The growing complexity of label structures requires a smooth and controlled production process. Even the testing and selection of UHF transponders can be performed reliably in a six track stop-and-go process.
