Pamarco Global Graphics, an anilox roll manufacturer based in Roselle, NJ, USA, has acquired the base roll manufacturing assets of the former CNW in Cincinnati, OH, USA.All equipment will be relocated to a new facility in Walton, KY, USA, located about 20 miles south of Cincinnati.
The acquisition of base roll manufacturing capability complements the small roll manufacturing capability of Pamarco’s offset division. Featuring a large library of blueprints, and capacity from 10” face length to 230” face length, Pamarco will now have the ability to manufacture custom single roll orders as well as large multiple cylinder gravure, anilox, emboss, and air mandrels and rubber roll cores, all utilizing the latest in CNC machining capability.
Pamarco intend to retain certain CNW personnel to maintain skill and quality in the operation and management of the facility. The transition to the new facility takes place in November, with a goal to be operational by early December.
