Fusion UV Systems, Inc. of Gaithersburg, MD, USA has announced that Mark Tilley will become vice president of Business Development. Before joining Fusion, Tilley was the President and CEO of Unidym, Inc., a California based company that developed electronic applications of carbon-nanotube based inks and films.
