INX International Ink Co. is hosting an upcoming Integrator Workshop at its digital division offices in Huntsville, Alabama. The week-long educational program covers plenty of issues and offers participants lessons on how to design, develop and deploy industrial printing systems. Registration remains open for the March 5-9 event and can be handled by contacting Deborah Cross at (256) 725-7750, extension 7310.
One workshop topic of note is titled, "What is JetINX?" It will examine and explain details about the JetINX Printhead Drive & Ink Recirculation System, which allows integrators to develop printing systems using the Xaar 1001 printhead. The newest INX Evolve device is the NW140 digital narrow web press and it employs 14 Xaar 1001 printheads to deliver UV LED-cure single pass output.
“Our workshop is designed to provide a lot of detailed information and hands-on experience in a relatively short amount of time. It’s something that integrators have been asking about and we felt now was the time to make it available,” says Jim Lambert, VP and general manager of INX International’s Digital Division. “We are covering a broad range of topics including the key design elements of a commercial industrial inkjet solution and how to use our JetINX components in these systems. These components are critical to integrators who are helping their customers evolve from the conventional printing process to digital printing.”
