Mark Andy distributor expands operations in India

March 2, 2012

Flexo Image Graphics' new facility offers excellent transport links, easy accessibility and more modern, up-to-date office space.

Mark Andy Inc., a global manufacturer of printing and converting equipment, has announced that its longtime distributor, Flexo Image Graphics (FIG), has expanded its operation. FIG, a provider for Label Print Finishing and Packaging in Delhi, India, moved locations on March 1, 2012. In response to strong demand for Mark Andy and Rotoflex machines in the label industry, the distributor has experienced rapid growth and, as a result, has outgrown its previous location.

The new office is located in the Patparganj Industrial Area and will serve as the company’s registered office. FIG will continue to provide sales, business development, spare parts and service support for the existing and new clients from this location. The new building offers excellent transport links, easy accessibility and more modern, up-to-date office space for staff – an increase of 40% from the previous office.

“FIG is a valued and trusted partner, consistently performing as a top global distributor,” says Michael Russell, director of international sales at Mark Andy Inc. “Their expansive team of support personnel is extremely knowledgeable of our complete product line. Without FIG’s commitment, we would not have the significant success we have seen in India and South Asia. We appreciate their support and wish them well in this office move.”

Commenting on the move, Gourav Roy, managing director of FIG said: “This is an exciting time for FIG. We were bursting at the seams in our existing office with little or no room for expansion. We are clearly delighted to have secured this new facility as it will leave us well-placed for future growth. Our move to a larger premise reflects a confidence in our ability to continue to grow and provide high quality products, support and advice to our clients.”
