ETI sells linerless technology to US printer

This technology will enable American Non Stop Label to offer its customers labels without backing in a variety of shapes.

ETI Converting Equipment announces the purchase of an ETI Cohesio equipped with linerless technology to American Non Stop Label, based in Cerritos, CA, USA.

According to the company, this technology will allow American Non Stop Label to offer its customers labels without backing in shapes other than square or rectangle. The company will be able to produce linerless label rolls at a speed of 450 fpm (150mm). American Non Stop Label says that its leaders are convinced that linerless labels represent the future of the self-adhesive industry, and cited benefits such as savings, waste reduction, high-speed automatic application, more labels per roll and reverse printing as their reasons behind the purchase.
