Core cutting rivals settle lawsuit

CoreTech International will have the exclusive rights to the CoreTech name, while Core Systems International will have exclusive rights to the “CM” model prefix.

CoreTech International, Inc. of Alpha, NJ, USA, and Core Systems International, L.L.C., of Erie, MI USA, have announced a settlement agreement of their pending litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Under the settlement agreement CoreTech International will have the exclusive rights to the CoreTech name and associated trademarks and to the “CT” model prefix for core cutting machines, while Core Systems International will have exclusive rights to the “CM” model prefix for core cutting machines.

All of the remaining details were not released and will remain confidential.
