TLP named to Top 100 Workplaces list

May 29, 2012

The converter ranked 10th in the Top 100 Workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin's Small Business Division.

Tailored Label Products Inc. (TLP) a custom manufacturer of high-performance labels and diecut adhesives, was named one of the Top 100 Workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin, ranking 10th in the Small Business Division. This is the third time that the company has been named to the list.

"We have high expectations for our employees, but we also recognize the importance of a family atmosphere and an open line of communication with management," says Mike Erwin, co-owner and president of Tailored Label Products. "We want our employees to know we value their contributions."

According to TLP, the award, which is sponsored by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, is unusual in the fact that company employees are surveyed anonymously about their feelings about the company.
