Nilpeter adds ScanGraf to Customer Care Center

The partnership allows Nilpeter to offer Scandinavian customers quicker and more reliable service on all printing equipment.

Nilpeter has announced that as of January 2013, Denmark-based ScanGraf ApS will become an integrated part of Nilpeter's Customer Care Center.

The initiative will add strength to Nilpeter's existing service efforts and thereby be able to offer the Scandinavian customer base quicker and more reliable service on all flexographic, letterpress and offset printing equipment.

"Nilpeter and ScanGraf have known each other for many years. Actually, both Mr. Jens Lien and Mr. Kim Schou have started their career in the printing industry at Nilpeter. We are proud to welcome highly skilled service technicians back into the family and looking forward to improving one of our most important goals, namely full customer satisfaction," says Jakob Landberg, sales and marketing Director at Nilpeter A/S.

For several years ScanGraf ApS has serviced many well-known printing companies and will continue to offer their services to existing customers.
