Steven Label and its Gold Coast division has announced its new Colordyne 1600PC digital printing system. The printing process provides new capabilities and lower costs in a wide range of applications.
According to Steven Label, the benefits of the new Colordyne 1600PC include no plate charges, virtually no changeover time between copies, near-perfect registration, smoother gradations without grain or hard lines, higher resolutions for fine line copy and superior process images. Variable data printing (VDP) is also available for track and trace applications.
“We recently had a food manufacturing client approach us with a request that required specialized specifications, including oversized label requirements, that they were unable to have fulfilled elsewhere,” says Steve Stong, president of Steven Label. “However, with our new Colordyne 1600PC digital printing system, we were able to meet client demands and make adjustments immediately. The customer was impressed with our fast turnaround and ability to deliver high-quality results.”
In business since 1954, Steven Label has served the needs of OEM manufacturers, including the demanding requirements of its customers in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. Steven Label also supplies certain Fortune 500 companies from a wide range of industries with pressure sensitive and related products, including membrane switches, overlays, roll labels, ul/csa products, precision diecut components (insulators, spacers, shields) and thermal transfer supplies.
The Gold Coast Division of Steven Label is focused on the requirements of the Health & Beauty, Food, Cosmetic, Wine, and other makers of packaged products.
